Probably one of those songs that falls into the category; “I-have-wild-sex-on-that-one”. Although, the content isn’t that sexy, but that’s Marvin Gaye’s demise. All his songs sound kind of hot. It’s actually about the government spending money on riches rather then helping the poor.
